Destin Pointe in Holiday Isle offers the ultimate beachfront lifestyle you only see in magazines. Situated on a point overlooking the Gulf, a handful of exclusive coastal residences back onto 600 feet of white sand beach.
In addition to panoramic ocean vistas, homes boast ever changing views of the East Pass Access, a mile-wide inlet connecting the Gulf of Mexico to the Intercoastal Waterway. Destin Pointe is a gated, luxury Destin community with 24 hour security, swimming pool, tennis court and gazebo available for resident-only use. O'Steen Beach is just a short walk and offers access to a public beach.
Proximity to East Pass Access offers residents a front row seat when it comes to popular events such as the annual cigar boat races.
The Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic is a huge tournament. The “kickoff”includes a staging of all boats at the East Pass. This is really a magnificent display featuring dozens of $2M plus boats in a procession as they start their multi-day search of the highly sought after Blue Marlin.
